您可以随时通过本页面申请删除您在【Lorebough】的账号及与之关联的数据，无需重新安装应用。请阅读以下说明后，通过页面底部的按钮向我们发送删除申请。

You can request deletion of your 【Lorebough】 account and its associated data at any time through this page — no need to reinstall the app. Please read the notes below, then send us a deletion request using the button at the bottom of this page.

01删除范围What gets deleted

提交删除申请并完成核实后，我们将删除以下与您账号关联的数据：

  • Your account (sign-in credentials and account record)
  • Google / 邮箱登录资料：姓名、邮箱、头像、用户标识
  • Google / email sign-in profile: name, email, avatar, user ID

  • Reading progress synced to our servers
  • 积分余额与章节解锁记录
  • Points balance and chapter unlock records

不在申请范围内

Not covered by this request

  • 设备本地数据（书架、书签、字体与阅读偏好）：卸载应用即被删除
  • Device-local data (bookshelf, bookmarks, font and reading preferences): deleted when you uninstall the app
  • 第三方广告 SDK 按其自身政策处理的数据，请参考其隐私政策
  • Data processed by third-party ad SDKs under their own policies — please refer to their privacy policies

请在邮件正文中填写您注册时使用的邮箱；建议直接使用该邮箱发送，以便我们快速核实身份。

Include the email address you registered with. Sending from that same email address helps us verify your identity faster.

等待核实与删除完成

Wait for verification and deletion

我们核实身份后将在 30 个工作日内完成删除，并通过邮件向您确认。删除完成后该账号将无法再登录。

After verifying your identity, we will complete the deletion within 30 business days and confirm by email. Once deleted, the account can no longer be used to sign in.

03申请前请注意Before you request

删除不可恢复。账号一旦删除，您的积分余额、解锁章节与云端阅读进度将一并清空且无法恢复。如仍有剩余积分，建议在申请删除前使用完毕。
Deletion is irreversible. Once your account is deleted, your points balance, unlocked chapters and cloud-synced reading progress will be permanently erased and cannot be recovered. If you have remaining points, consider using them before requesting deletion.
